We are conveniently located in Birmingham City Centre’s thriving Colmore Business District, within easy reach of all major rail and Midland Metro stations.

Please note that the entrance to Phenix Suites is located on the Snow Hill station (west) side of the Two Snowhill building.

From Birmingham Snow Hill railway station
Exit the station and take an instant left, proceed down the steps and cross the tram lines, bear left at Trillium restaurant, and follow the tram lines on your left.
Phenix Suites will be on your right.
From Birmingham New Street railway station
Exit the station on to Stephenson Street. Proceed up Lower Temple Street and Temple Street. Cross Cathedral Square (Pigeon Park) and head towards Birmingham Snow Hill station. To the right of the Snow Hill station entrance, proceed down the steps and cross the tram lines. Bear left at Trillium restaurant, and follow the tram lines on your left.
Phenix Suites will be on your right.

Alternatively, take the tram from Grand Central tram stop to St Chads tram stop (5mins).
From St Chads tram stop (West Midlands Metro)
Step off the tram, turn right, and walk for approximately 100m towards Colmore Row / Snow Hill.
Phenix Suites will be on your left.
